Educator Memberships
How much does a Galixi membership cost if I'm an educator?
It's Free! Galixi's purpose is to make it simple for school staff to implement the right solutions for their students. Any school employee can sign up using their school email address.
By "educator" do you mean all school staff?
Yes. If you have a K-12 or Higher Education institution email, you qualify for the free membership. All school staff play a role in supporting student outcomes.
Do I still have access if I take a job at another school?
Yes. Update your email on your Account page to your new school's address.
Do I still have access if I take a job at a company?
Two options: switch to a paid Professional Membership, or maintain free access through Guest Membership.
Professional Memberships
Who are Professional Memberships designed for?
Solution providers, marketers, consultants, career explorers, investors, innovators, and anyone else performing market research or promoting their solutions to schools.
What happens if I leave a company to take a job at a school?
Switch to free Educator Membership and contact Galixi for reimbursement of remaining paid months.
Is there a difference between memberships?
The paid Professional Membership has read-only Forum access, while Educator Memberships have full access including write capabilities.
Consultants
What membership is right for consulting work?
Professional Membership allows consultants to research solutions, compare providers, view Forums, and purchase directory and featured listings.
What if I'm a consultant who also works for a school?
Galixi offers a free Educator Membership. You can purchase directory and featured consultant listings.
Companies
Can my company have a Galixi listing?
Yes. Companies, nonprofits, organizations, and influencers can have Organization and Solution listings.
What is an education solution?
Any product, service, or experience a school may consider that helps solve a problem standing in the way of their students' achievement. Examples include products (laptops, LMS), services (consulting, janitorial), and experiences (conferences, podcasts).
Can my Organization post all Solutions to Galixi?
Yes. Galixi helps ensure all organization solutions receive proper consideration during school evaluations.
